1. Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm any tour, transportation, hotel booking, or travel service with Aslan Adventures, an advance payment is required. The advance amount may vary depending on the travel season, hotel policy, tour type, and time remaining before arrival.

The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of services, either prior to departure or upon arrival in India, as agreed during booking confirmation.

For peak travel periods, luxury hotels, festival seasons, special train journeys, Christmas & New Year bookings, or customized travel arrangements, full advance payment may be required to secure reservations.

All bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary bank fees must be borne by the traveler. The final invoice amount received by Aslan Adventures should match the agreed booking amount.

For last-minute bookings within 20 days of travel, faster payment methods such as Western Union or MoneyGram may be required to avoid booking delays.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation must be communicated to Aslan Adventures in writing via email.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

Certain services including:

  • Luxury hotels

may have separate cancellation policies according to supplier rules. These conditions will be communicated during booking confirmation.

Refunds for unused services after the start of the journey will depend entirely on whether refunds can be recovered from hotels, transport providers, guides, or other suppliers. No refunds will be provided for voluntarily unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or transportation.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Additional Charges

All tour prices are based on current government taxes, fuel prices, transportation rates, entrance fees, and hotel tariffs at the time of quotation.

In the event of any increase in:

  • Government taxes
  • Fuel charges
  • Monument entrance fees
  • Transportation costs
  • Guide charges

Aslan Adventures reserves the right to revise the final tour cost accordingly.

4. Liability & Travel Responsibility

Aslan Adventures acts only as a travel organizer and service coordinator for hotels, transport providers, guides, airlines, and other travel-related services.

While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, we shall not be held responsible for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Train delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Political disturbances
  • Strikes
  • Accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Any events beyond our control

Any additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne directly by the traveler.

Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to India.

This information is used solely for:

  • Booking confirmations

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties. Information may only be shared with hotels, transport providers, local guides, or government authorities when required for travel arrangements or legal compliance.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Valid passports
  • Visa requirements
  • Travel insurance
  • Health documentation
  • Flight tickets
  • Personal belongings

Aslan Adventures shall not be responsible for losses caused due to invalid travel documents or failure to comply with immigration regulations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All bookings, services, and disputes are subject to the laws of India.

Any legal matters or disputes arising in connection with Aslan Adventures shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with Aslan Adventures, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
